      Good Pay. Good co-workers. As far as big firms go, I'd go with someone more established and with a wider scope of practice.

      Cons

      Lack of feedback from management. Firm is too focused on labor and employment. Go with that is better renowned.

      Pros

      GREAT atmosphere in the Sac office. Everyone is congenial, polite, and friendly. Great pay and atmosphere.

      Cons

      Very stern on 3 days in office policy, even if staff is sick. Also PTO and sick time are in the same bucket.
