Pros
Working with people in need.
Cons
Theyre may not be enough room, as salary exempt they put me in home or should I say threw, I never received orientation to the mgmt. Everytime I turned around I was being lectured about how I treated staff, that needed to be trained had never worked in the field before, they would come to their rescue everytime and not even allow me to do any write ups which only made my 70 hrs alot harder to work and then fired me for something somene I had complained about constantly did.I used my personal phone for the first month, had to bring in the groceries for the first visit because wasnt given a P card till third month, not to say the supplies I would have to beg for calling around to see who had money on P card. I worked so many hrs and thought eventually they would appreciate me. I worked as an LPN and manager only having 2 days a wk to manage . Hugh! they decided they better get rid of me before someone new what a shitty job they were doing.
