I joined SevenFifty this past year and have never been happier at a company. I've been through multiple startups at various points of growth but have never felt more challenged and yet balanced at the same time as I do here. SF truly values a work/life balance that is coupled with an extremely hard-working staff all working collaboratively towards the same goal. Everyone is willing to help one another and learn from one another as the company is rapidly scaling. They also provide great insight into what it takes to get to the next level in our career and provides a helpful path to do so. Their DE&I initiatives are no joke as they sincerely "walk the talk" by having several ERGs and a community meeting each month to bring those groups together. The pay is quite equal amongst genders and they pay NYC salary no matter where you live as it's about your worth as an individual contributor vs how much it costs to live in X city you live in. The interview process is lengthy but advantageous not only for the company but for you to ensure it's a place you want to be a part of and grow in during such an inflection point.
Cons
Standard growing pains at the inflection point of ~100 people and as the VP and other layers of management are built out.
