Pros

Opportunity to lead high-impact projects with real ownership. The work creates tangible business impact, making contributions feel meaningful. Supportive working environment with collaborative colleagues. Clear career progression and growth opportunities. Competitive compensation, even compared to similar startup retail companies. The company attracts talented people with strong professional backgrounds, creating a high-caliber team.

Cons

Insurance benefit was so so, considered mid to low, but fine Kantornya jauh di bintaro sometimes blessing sometime it feels too far kalo mau ketemu di "Pusat" berantakan banyak yg perlu diperbaiki, understandable as this new group agressive tp terukur

Pros

I was genuinely happy to work here. The colleagues were supportive, and the salary was slightly above the local minimum wage while the weekly teaching load was reasonable. As a teacher, I felt I had enough time and energy to focus on lesson preparation and deliver quality classes. Feeling valued by the company motivated me to give my best to both students and parents. (of course before new manager)

Cons

Recently, the workload has increased significantly, and many of the added responsibilities no longer seem reasonable. Recruitment has become increasingly difficult, yet new policies continue to be introduced that ultimately put more pressure on existing teachers and may even lead to contract terminations. Teachers are the frontline of the company, but instead of investing in teacher satisfaction to improve student and parent experiences, more administrative tasks have been added without a clear purpose or measurable benefit. Compliance with retention-related targets has also become closely tied to contract renewal, creating unnecessary pressure. There have also been several new initiatives that felt underdeveloped. At times, even the people introducing these policies did not appear to fully understand or explain them clearly, making implementation confusing for teachers. Teaching young learners requires a tremendous amount of physical and emotional energy. I hope management can better recognize the demands of the role and prioritize supporting teachers, rather than continuously adding administrative work that takes time away from teaching and preparing quality lessons.

Pros

It used to be okay, minimum wage work, seemingly good and humane management. It went downhill fast.

Cons

Frequent policy and system changes. Dehumanizing system especially for people who think this job is mainly teaching. No, they make you responsible for retention rates and marketing stuff while paying us below minimum wage. Endless administrative workload. My center especially has bad management and a lot of classes. We have rations for sick days (which I don't believe is legal). Not a lot of room for growth.
