Pros

I've been working at Seven Media for more than 3 years now, and it's truly one of the best professional experiences I've had. The company offers a refreshing level of trust - there's no micromanagement, and you're empowered to take ownership of your work. The leadership genuinely supports work-life balance, with flexible hours and a culture that respects your time and input. Remuneration is competitive, and hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. The team is talented, collaborative, and always willing to help. Overall, it’s a great environment for anyone who values independence, growth, and a healthy workplace culture.

Pros

Working at Seven Media has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The leadership motivates you to step outside your comfort zone and bring your best to the table every day. There’s a strong culture of support from the management team, with a clear focus on upskilling and professional growth through ongoing training and development. What stands out most is how you're consistently encouraged to push your boundaries; this has helped me build real confidence in client management and strengthened my ability to lead relationships independently. The collaborative environment, surrounded by creative thinkers, makes idea generation feel effortless, and there’s always someone willing to jump in and support when needed. It’s a dynamic, inspiring place to grow.

Cons

Like many agency environments, the pace is fast and priorities can shift quickly, requiring adaptability and strong time management. During peak campaign periods, longer hours can occasionally be expected, but this comes with the territory of a high-performing, dynamic agency.

Pros

- Easy to get in. - You will find your way with your colleagues (not management though)

Cons

- Decision-making is centralized around one individual, which can lead to inconsistent assessments and delays. - There is a lack of work–life balance, with expectations often extending beyond standard hours. - Collaboration between the social and creative teams is challenging due to limited support from the creative director. - Employment is inherently unstable: contracts are only one year in duration, renewable annually, and may be terminated at any time within the first six months without recourse.
