The agency has no structure. Your job title doesn’t mean a thing and everyone is just winging it. Heavy workload, cheap pay. They give you work laptops that were probably manufactured in the 1900s. A very “Yes” man agency. They don’t manage client expectations even if the requests seem absurd. Work culture could use an extreme makeover. Overall not a very well-rounded PR agency, might be ideal for someone starting their career in the industry, but for more experienced PR professionals, this agency is a circus. High turnover rate due to the lack of structure, career progression, and heavy workload which explains why they have so many job openings.
