Pros
The partners are absolutely fantastic, both as people and in terms of their experience. They want you to succeed and take a legitimate interest in your well-being. The work is manageable, but you definitely have to seek out opportunities which can be hard for some people. The location of the office is excellent and everyone is largely nice and polite. Since you work on different teams with the other interns, you probably won't make a lot of close work friends your age but will definitely get a ton of mentorship and learn a lot. Oh, and interns are usually in-person everyday which is kind of unnecessary but they are very understanding when you can't make it in for any reason.
Cons
Probably just being in-person and not a lot of socialising. Nothing major for me tho!
