Highly motivated team - Settle focused exclusively on inventory based CPG and e-commerce brands, not trying to build for everyone makes a huge difference in company alignment Really interesting market - getting to work with founders and entrepreneurs in the CPG / e-commerce space keeps you sharp and engaged, it's an incredibly dynamic market Strong leadership team - deep bench of experience across well known names and startups alike, great executive rigor, doesn't ever feel like teams are obfuscating or empire building

Cons

Strong main product line, but lots of new products and features getting shipped consistently...you have to stay on top of it to understand how newly released functionality solves pain for prospects / how to weave new features into a compelling narrative Competitive space - the problems are real for customers, and there are multiple providers attempting to solve them in their own unique ways
