      Mostly practice 1:1 therapy and not too much with group ABA. Practice old ABA such as timeout and corner a child.

      - Community Engagement -staff training - quality of care

      Cons

      - ABA field is know for client cancellations but settle down ABA does the best to keep staff working while providing the upmost quality of care for the clients.

      Great support by all administrative staff, great communication between higher up staff on what is expected

      Cons

      Rude BCBAs who are judgemental and who pick favorites rather than treating everyone equally. Lots of cliquey RBTs who talk bad about staff outside of their group
