They way they teach you to manipulate clients both Buyer and Seller.

The positive reviews are fake ones posted by HR and upper management. Settlin is the worst startup you can work for. They do not pay salary on time. And this is the situation since two years now. Settlin also downsized but still they can't afford their workforce. They also do not clear the full and final settlement. Ex-employees received part of final settlement only after using coercive methods. Recommend no one to fall into this trap, please do not join Settlin. You will be expected to do social service and will be looked down if you expect full salary on time. Such a congested and crowded office to work at due to downsizing few months ago. Work pressure is high as old employees like me are resigning and new hiring takes time as people are getting aware this startup does not pay its employees.
