      Pros

      Office dogs were nice.

      Cons

      The management team has no idea what their doing. They hire people, fire people, and then post the same job again. They are scrambling to provide "5 start service" to their customers and not delivering. Company has no direction and flying by the seat of their pants. Do not work here.

      1. Really dedicated, hardworking, capable people 2. Focus on culture and values 3. Lots of autonomy and opportunity for personal growth 4. Cool product / service - massive opportunity to disrupt an oldschool market

      Cons

      1. High paced, intense environment - not for everyone but I love working with a team that wants to win 2. We're a startup so we're figuring things out as we go. As a result, not a lot of structure in some of the things I used to take for granted in corporate (e.g., performance reviews, admin support)
