      Now covid got job happy lo. Pay n bonus is not bad compared to other company. If you got lousy work ethics and behaviour. Good place for you to change before you move out to a new company.

      Cons

      Get someone qualified to be a supervisor will be best solution to solve most of the problems. Supervisor is there to solve problems not to be an dead weight in his role. Under a supervisor with poor social skill and people management skills is a very mentally draining process. No matter I just going to push on this journey and see how far it takes me to.
