Pros
Can make the best friends out of colleagues stuck in the same boat. Generally a very forgiving environment and not too fast-paced. Good for retirement and family people. Welfare is slowly improving but fingers crossed.
Cons
While the leaders has proven to grow the business amidst the tough competition in the industry, the company culture and the HR policies are not adapted to grow the people. Also made worse by the parent and grandparent that use this poor child as purely a money driving slave for their investors, overlooking the health and not giving adequate support to grow. New staff and the very dynamic experienced old staff leave, usually leaving the department handicapped in the hands of some not-so-competent senior staffs. That said, this is again due to lack of learning and development programmes. It's like an epidemic that sucks one into a vortex of bad energy. The longer one stays here, one evolve to become complacent/unmotivated/ ignorant/unhappy/ mentally unhealthy.
