Pros
The people are really what makes working at Seton great. I feel like a respected member of the company and have opportunities to share my perspective with management. Stable job security.
Cons
The industry is changing rapidly and Seton is slow to adapt. Some software used by Seton is way behind industry standards. Not a lot of opportunity to advance in career due to extremely low turnover.
