My manager had unprofessional involvement in the personal lives of the employees under the guise of "accountability" and Catholic "authenticity" in the community. Played employees against each other and created a uniquely toxic working environment. Unless you are a fundamentalist Catholic or are interested in becoming one, probably not where you want to be.
