At it's core a great business model, but so poorly executed at every turn.

Completely agree with the previous post. These guys can't stand the idea of being "storekeepers" so they try to build in dubious services that no body wants. Horrible management communication with their workforce at all levels. Poor benefits and pay, workers at customer sites are treated and talked about like third class citizens. There is a reason this company is getting their butts handed to them in the market..
