Gets better the longer I’ve worked here. I know management is looking out for my best interest. Better scheduling software. Fair compensation.

Still in the process of getting the right people into the right positions in management.

Would only recommend as a part time job for very little extra money.

Poorly managed. Business is losing customers faster than it’s gaining them. Poor communication skills, poor scheduling, lack of advertising, extremely high turnover rate on the administrative side of business. No clear business plan. Clearly run by people with no background in management and with no understanding of the music business. There is no effort to grow the bottom. There are no benefits for teachers. Poor customer relations.
