      It is a small team. Many functions are outsourced, which means that there is a lot of autonomy in the job. You are responsible for several contractor relationships. But if you like autonomy then this is a great place to work.

      Cons

      If you a looking for a lot of colleagues, then this is not the place for you. It is a "remote first" work environment which means that you have to go the extra mile for social interactions.
