long hours secretive leadership encourages dysfunction by not providing any sort of direction when you ask very focused on “looks” (see the 7, 5 star reviews within 2 days) management will ignore emails for weeks or not respond at all management will openly talk poorly/ not tell full truths about past and present employees standards are not set the same for everyone
