Pros

Most of the organization is in their 20's and 30's, so it's a lively, fun environment. They have monthly company parties and the occasional outing. They have a cool product, and have the sense to focus their efforts on one vertical and do it well, rather than competitors who are in many different verticals. They're a great place for a young professional to get experience, and depending on the role, the potential for growth is considerable. (except in terms of compensation) The health insurance benefits are surprisingly good, and depending on the team, there are bonus opportunities.

Cons

They're in a very competitive environment full of cheaper alternatives, and attempts to innovate by introducing new products don't seem to be well adopted Most departments are understaffed and overworked. Their target market is conservative dentists, so it's hard to justify their premium-priced services. Questionable long term business model. For most roles in the company, they definitely pay below industry averages, despite arguing competitive compensation (It's easy to research fair compensation info these days) Very high employee turnover, especially in sales and marketing Questionable qualifications of some of the individuals in management and senior leadership
