Everything is a mess, I was with them for 2 years and it was a nightmare. Sucks the blood out of his employees, no pay raises (only if the client gives you a raise otherwise you are stuck). Preaches professionalism but doesn't practice himself. Being his former student, thought he probably takes his business a little professionally but I was wrong. Hire H-1 and then abuse them.
