The awful management seeks to underpay and overwork their employees. People who ask for a raise or a better work/life balance are fired without warning or notice. Management plays favorites and everyone else is left to pick up the pieces while management pets are allowed multiple hours of breaks a day. They see their productive employees as tools to be used and discarded once burnout takes its toll. Stay away.
