Pros

The pay is decent. The building is nice and new. I honestly have nothing good to say about management, or the job itself. This is a terrible place to work, and you will be broken by management.

Cons

management plays favorites, treats their employees badly, and micromanages. HR will tell your manager if you complain about anything. The company doesn’t allow any room for your thoughts,opinions or personal touch. They will make you so miserable that you will literally be sick daily and dread coming into work. The turnover is so bad, it’s like a revolving door. People would rather be jobless then work at ServisFirst.

Pros

Customer service is top priority so speed to reply to customers and deal timelines are great. Quick responses. Local decision making. Good local people and management. Fair pay.

Cons

Formal work environment. No hybrid or remote work if you are a lender or lending assistant. Must be there 5 days per week. Need to improve benefits and cost sharing for medical. Also lack a profit sharing plan and stock options that most all other banks their size offer.
