Pros
The spirit within the Serviceplan group is really great. Teams are working great together and there is high level of respect for each other. In the agency I work for people have generally fun working together.
Cons
High workload and extra hours do not get paid or compensated in any way. With generally low wages within the agency business this is a real gap. If you need your people to work a lot and be driven, please pay them for it. Otherwise they will move to other industries or consultancy firms.
