process followed as an when they feel like secretly give others promotions as per favorite employee and no internal job posting if they don't feel like posting not willing to add more resources even though several people have quit which should have freed up salaries Overpaying employees to stay but it's not a solution for long term, instead that could be paid to new hires but there is no hiring
