Pros

-Employees -Enablement managers -Onboarding management- benefits

Cons

-Promised LDR's that they would sit in LDR for 3-4 months, then be moved. This was not alluded to, but reiterated in 1 on 1 meetings or weekly wrap up meetings - Many people stayed in LDR for over 7 months. Burnout became real as call quota was raised, with zero reward - 60 Dial quota was frowned and by few months in, 100 dials was the new "bare minimum" - Terrible leads that were either fake or not within verticals making it impossible to reach quota - Help with tonality in "script" as only form of coaching rather than actual resources or tools to get LDR to succeed - Continuously changing methods of "best practice". Management all said different things. Obvious passive-aggressive interactions between management - Sales management, Sr. Management, over-working sales dept. and not compensating accordingly. Management puts you on "projects" that are completely out of job description -False promises

Pros

The benefits are solid, including stock options and unlimited PTO, though I didn't feel especially encouraged to actually use the time off. The C-suite has a clear vision for where the company is headed. Peers are genuinely good to work with, and there's a shared sense that people want to do well and want each other to succeed. It's a growing company, so the stock could carry real value over the long run if that growth holds.

Cons

Leadership at the department level was my main concern. In my experience, the management style made it hard to raise concerns or disagree without it affecting how you were viewed on the team. Direction was often unclear and expectations shifted, which made it difficult to know what success looked like. Over my time here I saw a lot of capable people leave, some by choice and some not, and the turnover lined up with those leadership gaps.
