Pros
I find that the friendly environment at ServiceTitan is great. Everyone really seems to want to help those around you. The managers are pretty involved with their teams to make sure that everyone knows what's going on. The company has a great onboarding process and they really care about the employees. Currently we are on work from home assignment, so it's nice to have no commute.
Cons
Projects seem to be a bit chaotic with unclear directive from other teams. The product is extremely complex to learn how to use and understanding some of the lingo if you aren't familiar with the industry can be challenging at best. It can be difficult to know where to find documentation because there are so many hands in the pot on any given assignment.
