Cons
The product. It is SO hard to service, almost impossible. It is not user-friendly, simple, or intuitive. The customers don't know how to use it or why certain things work the way they do. There are constant bugs and outages, The product just keeps growing, we have an enormous release every month and it is hard to catch up after that so you are just constantly trying to keep your head above water. Every time the company announces a "successful release" the entire company celebrates except for the teams that are customer facing.
