Pros

While some business are struggling, ServiceTitan is Thriving! They've done so much to improve the employee experience during this crazy time. I could create a list a mile long but here is what I'll highlight: - Amazing Healthcare Benefits (Paid Medical, dental, vision, partial 401k match) -- Services paid by the company to help you manage healthcare (book appointments for you, figure out the insurance world) -BIG WFH stipend! Get a desk, monitor, and everything else you need to get work done! -Rocket Lawyer Membership -$50 a month for internet! -Tons of new parent resources (Helps pay for daycare via urban sitter)

Cons

-Tons of work to do (very busy all the time) -Some growing pains --Role confusion for some newer teams --Heavy emphasis on meeting customer wants vs giving them what they need --Lots of throwing weight around from teams (Sales gets what they want because they are the most important team)

Pros

The benefits are solid, including stock options and unlimited PTO, though I didn't feel especially encouraged to actually use the time off. The C-suite has a clear vision for where the company is headed. Peers are genuinely good to work with, and there's a shared sense that people want to do well and want each other to succeed. It's a growing company, so the stock could carry real value over the long run if that growth holds.

Cons

Leadership at the department level was my main concern. In my experience, the management style made it hard to raise concerns or disagree without it affecting how you were viewed on the team. Direction was often unclear and expectations shifted, which made it difficult to know what success looked like. Over my time here I saw a lot of capable people leave, some by choice and some not, and the turnover lined up with those leadership gaps.
