Pros

Upon hire your eligible for 80 hours sick time, 80 hours vacation time, 12 hours personal time and 8 hours holiday. ( dates run from July to June not January to December) low cost health insurance. disability and life insurance paid for in full by Servicenet. Great leadership team. I couldn't be happier at my job, I feel so valued as an employee. This can be a lifelong career if your so inclined. Also tuition reimbursement!!!

Cons

Extensive background check, fingerprinting and current driving record required for most positions. You have to pay out of pocket for this. $45 for fingerprinting and $12 for s driving record. My position did not require fingerprinting. It depends on where you work, DPH ( department of public health) has different requirements. The only other con I can think of and this is a good con too have! Too much paid overtime! I don't know how i am going to use it all!
