Pros

Fellow technicians work hard and put in all the work.

Cons

As a technician your manager is a random hire who doesn't know what he is doing. The owners/bosses decide they need to tell every person how to do their job and ask their employees to lie to customers to about their work. When storing furniture and house hold goods theu are thrown into warehouses that leak and in return get wet and have to be removed so the customer doesn't know. Things get broken and stolen and the owners will tell you not to tell the customer and just return their broken furniture and the remains of their house hold goods that weren't stolen and get out of their quick so they can then bill the customer.

Pros

There are lots of pros, positive work environment, nice and kind team to work with. Management is open and communicative and provides lots of support and training.

Cons

There really are not too many, restoration requires some long work hours, buts thats typical!

Pros

decent starting pay and company vehicle

Cons

Owners care more about supporting their lifestyle than anything. False promises, no basic training, daily threats, asked to commit insurance fraud, outdated equipment-vehicles-facilities. a "Do more with less" mindset. Try to nickel and dime their own employees by charging outrageous amounts for anything they "issue" you. If you leave without offering a two week notice, they drop your pay to minimum wage. Not enough work to keep you busy doing what you were hired for and they bounce you around performing whatever they want you to.
