You get to help families in their time of need.

Cons

Management is completely horrible. You will receive very little to now help. Customers are lied to and made promises that are not kept. Absolutely no loyalty at all. Management will stab you in the back while smiling in your face. You will do your job plus the job of others include things management is responsible for. You will be stalked and monitored via gps, phone, social media, any job search engines your resume may be on. Management will be the downfall to the company. You will be miserable.

Pros

There are lots of pros, positive work environment, nice and kind team to work with. Management is open and communicative and provides lots of support and training.

Cons

There really are not too many, restoration requires some long work hours, buts thats typical!

decent starting pay and company vehicle

Cons

Owners care more about supporting their lifestyle than anything. False promises, no basic training, daily threats, asked to commit insurance fraud, outdated equipment-vehicles-facilities. a "Do more with less" mindset. Try to nickel and dime their own employees by charging outrageous amounts for anything they "issue" you. If you leave without offering a two week notice, they drop your pay to minimum wage. Not enough work to keep you busy doing what you were hired for and they bounce you around performing whatever they want you to.
