The owners are great to work with, they are involved with the business on a daily basis, not calling the shots from afar. Employees are treated well and there is a relaxed working environment. There are procedures in place that keep the work organized and running smoothly.

There is an initial probationary period where you have to wait for paid time off but they are very flexible with schedule requests.

The pay was good and plenty of over time opportunities.

Some times you have to go into a hoarders house to clean and it can almost make you want to puke. If you work hard and don't mind over time, they will take advantage of you and work you overtime just so they can send someone else home because they know you'll pick up the slack.
