      Pros

      People are nice. HR Rep is a great guy! You'll find that people love working there because it's a great family company with a good product. Room for advancement if you work hard.

      Cons

      Sales manager micromanages. She only wants you to work her way or it's the highway. Not a trustworthy environment to work in. As a manager, she has no idea what she's doing in delegation tasks. Benefits and pay is low.

      I don't recommend working their.

      Cons

      Leadership is terrible. Plant manger and Lead like to gossip about all employees. You don't get vacation until a year of service. Sick pay is accrued, although it takes forever to accumulate.
