      Really good coworkers, A few people in upper managment that listen. Decent benifits

      Cons

      Bi-weekly pay, Revolving door highest turnover rate i have ever seen. Just the slightest mishap and you will be hung out to dry. Inadiqute shop for volume of work. Specialty shop tools not an option.
