Pros

My position was a virtual office position technical support, (work from home) Benefits, bonuses, competitive salary, great staff, management behind their purpose, (not paper tiger). Never had a concern or issue with HR/Salary, payments. Management backs their employees, training in all forms, video, chat, computerized videos, documents. Management runs a great ship, meeting targets, improving targets. Loved to wake up every morning and know who i was meeting during work hours, what a pleasure. We had monthly newsletter video conferences where we could "meet" and see our colleagues live. We utilized tools that allowed us to interface with our colleagues on a daily basis. The majority if not all the technical staff I've encountered possess great technical skills. Our monthly Quality Assurance scores supported this, I myself with a score of 96%. Management provided many feedback to us on improving and we just did so.
