Pros
In my time with Service Quick, I've come across a few great people to work with. Hours are good and job is very consistent.
Cons
Terrible leadership and very little structure within the company. You get told one thing to follow policy and then it changes randomly. There is very little incentive provided. When people quit, they just add more responsibilities to your current duties but do not increase your pay. Trying to get support is horrible. When making a request, it gets either ignored or they give some terrible excuse months later. Upper management does not follow up and you have to constantly remind them because otherwise, nothing would ever happen. Very little room to grow within the company.
