Pros

You can work from home and they support you well in training and employment.

Cons

Everything is extremely by the book which often was hard with customers. Feels very robotic and managers are also very compliant within strict boundaries of the business so aren’t understanding to anything outside of these boundaries.

Fantastic work life balance, interesting projects, flexible working arrangements (compressed hours, flex, mostly remote), good culture, friendly staff, some very smart and talented people

Cons

Pay lower than private sector, no benefits or bonuses
