Toxic, cult-like culture where bullying those who are different is encouraged. If they don't like you they'll gaslight you and push you out. They lie about their diversity. Most senior roles and those promoted are white employees. Avoid if you are POC and have a disability. Also avoid if you need flexible working conditions. Managers can suddenly decide you need to commute to a regional office in contradiction with your contract, DCS policy allows this. HR does not care and enables toxic managers. I've seen so many good people destroyed by this organisation while the bullies win awards.
