      Pros

      My coworkers are awesome. Benefits are okay but pretty standard. Work is interesting and never boring.

      Cons

      Bought out by a private equity firm two years ago and all they care about is money and have not improved anything. There are openly sexist managers and there are just plain bad managers across the board who don't know how to lead. They are self aware of their failings but expect us to just deal with it. However, self awareness is meaningless without change.

      Pros

      Good place to work. Leadership truly leads but doesn't micromanage. Co-workers are good

      Cons

      It's not that great pay. They try to give options for commissions, but they are pretty low and the base pay is kinda low too.
