the focus of the company is sometimes diffuse, The company is trying to move its business model from product sales, with low value to customer, to a service based model with increased recurring revenue, but still trying. there is a leadership without great enthusiasm. the service delivery teams, which bring the recurring revenues, are skeptical about their importance because they associate with the neglect of salary and bonus policies.
