Poor training Poor employee attitude 3% 401k match after so many months of employment Lack of communication Whenever I asked for help from the more senor tellers I was ignored and so were the other people that started in my class. Out of the 4 of us that started only 1 person stayed in the duration of the month I was there. As well as one other employees that had been there longer than be but less then 6 months left as well due to the same frustrations.
