Hard work and good work ethic are noticed and WILL get you somewhere. Our CEO speaks to me every time he sees me. My manager will drop everything on her plate if I need help with something. The company regularly evaluates itself and changes for progress. It never feels stagnant.
Cons
The job can be difficult because you’re making cold calls so you have to be able to handle that grind. Lack of racial diversity. Especially in upper management. Women are underrepresented in my department however they are over represented in others. There, I see balance although not as much in leadership.
