Pros
The work life balance, fantastic commission structure, training, tools, management support. Service Express are focussed on growth of the company but also their people. What they do, they do extremely well for their internal staff but also their customers.
Cons
There is much change, but honestly I see that everywhere at the moment since COVID. If you move too quickly it's no good for some. If you move too slowly, again this disheartens some, so your damned if you do, damned if you don't. Keep supporting your employees and investing and we'll continue being successful.
