All about the selling numbers. Management will question decisions on what you pushed to be sold. On-call schedule was pretty ridiculous (3 days a week) , although we were short staffed for a short period then it got better. Compensation for being on-call really needs improvement.

Pros

Service Experts is a great company to have a carrier. Weather you are just starting in the trades or have been ongoing for years. When i started at Service Experts I quickly realized the company cared about the employee's and the customers as well. Service Experts gives the employee opportunity to grow and be promoted. The company also stands with our military men and women as we are partnered with hiring the Hero's and Military make over. Thank you Service Experts.

Pros

Great pay, work life-balance was do-able. PTO and benefits were acceptable.

Cons

Hybrid schedule is very strict and taking any time to work from home is not in their best interest.
