      Decent pay and benefits. The other workers are super caring and friendly

      Cons

      Management is awful. They do not care. When issues are brought up they come up with excuses instead of fixing the problem. They bewittle and bully people infront of others.

      Pros

      Service Experts is a great company to have a carrier. Weather you are just starting in the trades or have been ongoing for years. When i started at Service Experts I quickly realized the company cared about the employee's and the customers as well. Service Experts gives the employee opportunity to grow and be promoted. The company also stands with our military men and women as we are partnered with hiring the Hero's and Military make over. Thank you Service Experts.

      Pros

      Great pay, work life-balance was do-able. PTO and benefits were acceptable.

      Cons

      Hybrid schedule is very strict and taking any time to work from home is not in their best interest.
