It’s a great work environment where you get to meet people from multiple backgrounds, and has a very lax feel to it.

Cons

No one is held accountable for their position, no matter what their job duties are. There isn’t much growth opportunity.

Pros

Service Experts is a great company to have a carrier. Weather you are just starting in the trades or have been ongoing for years. When i started at Service Experts I quickly realized the company cared about the employee's and the customers as well. Service Experts gives the employee opportunity to grow and be promoted. The company also stands with our military men and women as we are partnered with hiring the Hero's and Military make over. Thank you Service Experts.

Pros

Great pay, work life-balance was do-able. PTO and benefits were acceptable.

Cons

Hybrid schedule is very strict and taking any time to work from home is not in their best interest.
