      Pros

      Dealing with Council Tax and Housing Benift claimants. On the whole a rewarding job, helping to explain the rules of the benefits. Plus free transport from several areas in Birmingham

      Cons

      Constant monitoring by Management, which I found intrusive. Calls monitored ok but I found the keystroke monitoring over the top.

      Opportunity to gain experience for some with secondments

      Cons

      Very reluctant to pay extra whilst you are on secondment and threaten to take away the secondment opportunity if you push for it
