Pros
Work from home as a employee and not a contractor. Pay is on time and sent by direct deposit. Ability to submit the hours that I can work for each week as long as I work the minimum 20 hours per week and include both morning and afternoon shifts. Show appreciation and often times will send a card or gift. easy work as long as follow guidelines given to you but they change depending on project .
Cons
Sometimes there is not enough work for the hours I want or need to put in.All depends of clients and projects so sometimes when busy will ask for more hours but you do not have to work extra. Starting wage is decent but after 90 day evaluation only get a yearly review and not a guarantee will get a increase since based a lot on metrics.
