Pros
If you are worth enough they will keep you and give you every opportunity to grow even if you are a rebellious against management. I fought against the management every day but no matter what I did in in 5 years they made me a part of that management!!!
Cons
Local management play all kind of mind game but if you smart enough you can thrive on that too!! My boss planed to fired someone but he ask me to do it in a way so the employee should quit by himself. I had to convince that employee that he should quit or they may fired him and it would be bad things for his career in future. My boss used my shoulder to shoot someone!!!
